We understand that sometimes a style or fit might not be quite right — and that’s okay. At SKIMS, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, including returns.

Eligibility

This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from shopskimswear.com.

If you purchased SKIMS products from another retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Product Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition and packaging

With tags attached (if applicable)

Due to hygiene standards, intimates, bodysuits, shapewear, and final sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

 within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

The product was received damaged, defective, or there was a fulfillment error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 2–5 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a SKIMS error.

Opened shapewear

Bodysuits

Items marked “Final Sale”
